You should ask hard questions before you let anyone into your business tools, and these are the ones we hear most. For how safety is built into the way we work, see governance and security. For how we handle personal information, see our privacy policy.
Who can see your data?
Only the people working on your account, and only your data. Your information is kept apart from every other client's, and nothing crosses over. Your AI helpers can only reach the tools and information their job needs.
Where does your data live?
Most small teams run in the cloud, and most of what we set up runs there too. If you have information that must stay private, it can stay on your own systems. We'll agree that with you before anything is connected.
Is it safe to connect your email and files?
You choose what's connected, so you aren't handing over a master key. You connect the tools you want us to work from, and you can see what's in scope. We start small. An AI helper that drafts order replies needs your inbox and your store, and nothing else.
Do people still check the AI's work?
Yes. AI handles the routine work and flags anything it isn't sure about, and a person makes the judgement calls. We set up AI helpers so a person reviews the work that matters, like replies to your customers.
What happens to your data if you leave?
It's your data. Packages have no lock-in beyond the month, and if you move on, your data and the instructions we wrote for your AI helpers go with you. We'd rather earn the next month by being useful.
Reporting a security issue
If you think you've found a security problem in our website or anything we run, email hello@plexsive.io with the details. We'll reply to say we've got it and keep you posted while we look into it. Please give us a fair chance to fix it before you tell anyone else.
If you have rules to follow
Some businesses have rules about where data is kept or who can see it, like a not-for-profit with a funder's conditions. If that's you, email hello@plexsive.io before we start, and we'll tell you plainly what we can and can't meet.
