What your plan covers
Most owners we talk to aren't short on AI ideas. They're short on the time to work out which one to do first. So AI ends up as a few tools tried once and left alone. Your AI plan (the industry calls it an AI strategy) starts from the other end. We begin with what you want back in your week, like your evenings, your Fridays, or the quotes you never get to, then work out where AI helps and where it doesn't. You come away with a short list of jobs in the order to do them, what each takes, and which package fits. Then we help you and your team take it up one job at a time.

You have ideas. You need an order.
Most owners we talk to already know AI is coming for some part of their week, in a good way. They’ve tried a chat app for a caption or two, and maybe signed up for a tool that promised to sort their inbox. None of it was a bad idea. But none of it added up, because nothing tied it back to what they wanted from the week.
That’s the pattern we see most in small teams. It’s rarely a lack of ideas. It’s the lack of an order to do them in, and the time to work that order out.
What your AI plan is
Your AI plan starts from the opposite end to the tools. We begin with what you want back, and only then ask which jobs AI could take off you.
For Saltbush Studio, a six-person design agency in Fremantle, that meant naming the goal plainly first. The director lost most of every Friday afternoon writing twelve client updates by hand. That one job went to the top of the plan, ahead of anything flashier. The updates now take the director under an hour.
A plan also tells you where not to spend. Some jobs need a person every time, and some are fixed by a setting in a tool you already pay for. Knowing that up front saves you money.
You set the direction
In a small business, AI isn’t a job you can hand to someone else and forget. The choices it raises are yours. What goes out under your name, what customer details the AI can read, and which calls always stay with a person. Your team takes its lead from where you land on them.
There’s no prize for trying everything first, and we’ll never push you to. But the owners who pick one job and finish it learn fast what works for them, and the second job is easier than the first.

How we build your plan
We keep it short, and most of it happens in one sitting.
- Tell us about your week. In the AI Starter Plan, you talk the AI through your business, your goals, and where the hours go.
- Find where AI fits. We match what you want back against the jobs AI handles well, and rule out the ones it doesn’t.
- Put them in order. We weigh each job by the time it gives back and how easy a mistake is to catch, so the first job is a safe win.
- Match it to a package. You see which package fits your team, with its fixed monthly price and what’s included.
Bringing your team along
A plan only counts once your team is using it. So we take one job at a time, in an order your team can take on, and let each change settle before the next one starts.
We’re plain about what’s changing and why. The aim is to take the repeat work off people so they can spend time on customers and the work that needs them. A person stays in charge of every call that matters, so nobody feels handed over to a machine.
Where a plan stops
A plan that sits in a drawer costs you the same as no plan. So we keep ours small enough to start on the week after. We’ll also tell you when the answer is to wait, or when a simple rule beats AI for a job.
Start with your AI Starter Plan
The quickest way to see where AI fits your business is the AI Starter Plan. From there, mapping how you work looks closely at the first job, and using AI safely sets the rules around it. If you’d rather not carry any of it alone, our AI & Technology Partner looks after the plan, the set up, and the running, in fixed monthly packages.

What your plan covers
What you want back
We start with your goals and where your week goes, in hours where we can, so every AI idea traces back to something you'd notice.
The first job, named
We find the jobs AI could take off you, then rank them by how much time they give back and how easy a mistake is to catch.
Do it, buy it, or leave it
For each job we tell you plainly whether to set it up with us, use a tool you already pay for, or leave it for now.
What it costs
The plan points to the package that fits, with the fixed monthly price and what's included, so there are no surprises.
Bringing your team along
Plain help for the people doing the work, so the new way sticks and nobody routes around it on a busy day.
