Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply to our website and our monthly packages, written as plainly as we can.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. About these terms

Plexsive is an Australian business that sets up and runs AI for small teams. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Plexsive. "You" means the person or organisation using our website or buying one of our packages.

These terms cover your use of the Plexsive website. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please stop using the website. They also apply to a paid package, together with anything we agree with you in writing for that package.

2. Our packages and your agreement

We set up AI helpers, connect them to the tools you use, and keep them running. We sell this as fixed-price monthly packages, and the packages page shows each package, what it includes, and its price. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

The website describes our services in general terms. It doesn't promise a particular result. Before paid work starts, we'll confirm in writing which package you've chosen and which jobs your AI helpers will do. If that written agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement wins, as far as the law allows.

Getting your AI Starter Plan, sending an enquiry, or booking a call doesn't commit you to a paid package. The AI Starter Plan is free.

3. Monthly terms and stopping

Packages run month to month. There's no lock-in contract beyond the month you've paid for. You can stop at any time by emailing us, and your package ends at the end of that month.

You can move to a different package from the start of a new month. If we need to change a package's price or what it includes, we'll tell you in writing before the change applies to you, and you can stop before it does.

When a package ends, we'll help you get a copy of your data and the instructions we wrote for your AI helpers, so you can keep using them or take them elsewhere.

4. Using our website

You can use the website to learn about our packages, read our articles and stories, get your AI Starter Plan, and contact us. You must use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not:

  • Try to get into the website, accounts, or connected systems without permission.
  • Add harmful software or interfere with how the website runs.
  • Send false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing material.
  • Use our name, branding, or content in a way that suggests we endorse you when we don't.

If you give us information on behalf of an organisation, you must have permission to do so. Please take reasonable care to keep the information you give us accurate and up to date.

5. Website information and AI outputs

Our articles, client stories, the AI Starter Plan, and the AI check give general information. They don't replace advice about your own situation, including legal, financial, or tax advice.

AI can get things wrong, leave things out, or show bias. Before you act on anything AI produces, check that it's right and suits your situation, and ask a qualified person where you need to. That's why we set up AI helpers so a person reviews the work that matters. Results in our client stories describe those businesses and don't promise the same result for yours.

This section doesn't limit what we agree to do for you in a package, or any rights you have under law.

6. Payment

Each package is paid monthly at the price shown on the packages page when you sign up, unless we've agreed something different in writing. AI running costs are included in the package price. We'll tell you before any other cost applies, and we won't charge it without your agreement.

If you think an invoice is wrong, contact us soon so we can sort it out. Refunds and cancellations follow these terms and the law, including any consumer guarantees.

7. Information, access, and working together

To set up your AI helpers, you agree to give us the information, access, and decisions we reasonably need. You must have the right to share the data and other material you give us.

We'll agree with you how we handle private or sensitive information and access to your tools. Please don't send passwords or other private login details through a general website enquiry. We'll set up a safer way with you.

8. Intellectual property

We or the people who license to us own the content, software, and branding on our website. You can view the website and keep copies of our resources for your own business use. You must not copy or share our materials for commercial use without our permission, except where the law allows.

Your data stays yours. Each of us keeps the intellectual property we already own. The data you give us, and the instructions we write for your AI helpers, belong to you. Third-party software and tools, such as the AI models and apps we connect, stay under their own licences.

Giving us material doesn't change who owns it. You let us use it only as we reasonably need to answer your enquiry or deliver your package.

9. Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website. Our security page explains how we look after your data in your package.

Each of us must protect confidential information we get from the other and use it only for the work between us. We can share it with people who need it for that work and who must also keep it confidential, or where the law requires it. This doesn't cover information that is already public or that we got lawfully some other way.

10. Third-party tools and links

Our website links to other websites, and your package will usually connect tools made by other companies, such as your store, your inbox, your accounts software, and the AI model itself. Those companies have their own terms, privacy practices, licences, and charges.

A link doesn't mean we endorse everything on another website. We don't control other companies' websites or whether their tools are available. This doesn't remove our responsibility for the work we agree to do, or any duty we have under law.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or changes any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded, restricted, or changed.

Where consumer guarantees apply to our services, they include guarantees that we'll use due care and skill, that the services will suit a purpose you told us about, and that we'll supply them within a reasonable time. The remedy you're entitled to depends on the circumstances and the law.

12. Website availability and liability

We take reasonable care with the website, but we can't promise it will always be available or free from errors. Maintenance, technical faults, and events outside our control can interrupt it. We may change the website to keep it secure, current, and working.

Subject to your rights under law, we don't give any extra promises about the website suiting a particular purpose. Responsibility for loss or damage from a package is decided by our written agreement with you and the law. These terms don't exclude any liability that can't lawfully be excluded.

13. Questions and disputes

If you have a concern about the website or our packages, email hello@plexsive.io with the details. We'll work with you in good faith to understand it and sort it out.

This doesn't stop either of us from going to court for urgent relief, contacting a regulator, or using any other remedy the law gives you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll publish the new terms on this page and change the date at the top. Updates apply to website use after we publish them. Changes that affect a package you're paying for follow section 3, so you'll hear from us first.

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies as far as the law allows.

15. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. This doesn't limit any rights or protections the law gives you where you live.

For questions about these terms, email Plexsive at hello@plexsive.io.
