Sales pages, client portals, and small tools for your programs
Kajabi and similar platforms cover the course itself. Around it, coaches keep running into gaps. Session notes live in a dozen Google Docs. Prospective clients can't tell which program suits them. Students want a way to check what they've learned. We build small apps and sites that close those gaps, connected to Kajabi, Calendly, and Stripe, sized for a business of one to ten. If your platform already does it, we'll show you where.

What we build for coaches and course creators
Clear sales pages
A program page on Kajabi, Squarespace, or Wix that says who it's for, what it costs, and how to book a call.
Client portal
A private page for each coaching client with session notes, actions, and resources in one place.
Program finder
A few questions that point a visitor to the course or coaching program that suits them, with the booking link.
Self-check quizzes
Short quizzes that help students see what they've understood, with links back to the lessons that cover what they missed.
Gaps around the course platform
A course platform hosts the lessons and takes the payments. A coaching business needs more than that. Session notes end up in separate Google Docs, so clients email asking for last month’s actions. Visitors can’t tell whether they need the course or one-on-one coaching, so they book a discovery call to ask. Students want to check their progress and there’s nowhere to do it. Each gap turns into an email.
What we build
Apps and websites (the industry calls it custom software) means building the small thing your business needs and connecting it to the tools you already use. For a coach, that might be a client portal where each client sees their notes and actions. It might be a short program finder that points visitors to the right offer and your Calendly link. Or a set of self-check quizzes linked to your lessons. We keep each build small, so it’s quick to make and easy to look after.

Where it fits with our coaching work
We work with a solo business coach with an online course whose enquiries now land in one sorted list each morning, with a first reply drafted for each. The founder still decides which coaching enquiries to take on and books every call. Many of those enquiries are people working out whether they need the course or coaching, which is the question a program finder answers before they ever write in.
Where we hold back
We won’t build what your course platform already does. If Kajabi has a feature that fits, we’ll set it up and save you the build. A custom page also needs looking after when the tools around it change, so our builds sit inside a package.
If clients keep emailing for things a page could show them, get your AI Starter Plan and tell it what they ask.
