Online stores and small apps built for how your label sells
Shopify does a lot, but a small label keeps finding gaps. Stockists email orders as PDFs. Pre-order customers can't see where their piece is up to. The size guide lives in a PDF nobody opens. We build small apps and websites that fill those gaps, connected to your store, and sized for a team of one to ten. If an existing Shopify app already does the job, we'll tell you.

What we build for small labels and boutiques
Wholesale order page
A private page where stockists see your line sheet and place orders that land in Shopify as drafts.
Pre-order tracker
A simple page where pre-order customers see their piece's stage, so fewer emails ask where it is.
Size and fit finder
A short set of questions that points a customer to their size from your own measurements and fit notes.
Store set-up and refresh
A clear Shopify, WooCommerce, or Squarespace store that shows your pieces well and is easy for you to update.
Where the gaps show up
A small label usually has a good-looking Shopify store and a pile of workarounds behind it. Stockists email order forms you retype. Pre-order customers email every fortnight to ask about their piece. Customers DM to ask about sizing because the size guide is a PDF. None of these need a big build, but each one costs the founder time every week.
What we build
Apps and websites (the industry calls it custom software) means building the small thing your label needs and connecting it to your store. That could be a private wholesale page where stockists order from your line sheet and the order lands in Shopify as a draft. It could be a pre-order page that shows each customer where their piece is up to. Or a short size finder that asks a few questions and points to a size from your own fit notes. We keep each build small, so it’s quick to make and easy to look after.

What we’ve built for a label
We work with Marlow & Thread, a two-person slow fashion label in Melbourne. Our work there was an AI helper that drafts product descriptions, care notes, and size guides from the maker’s spec sheet for each drop of 30 pieces. A drop now goes live in 2 days instead of 6. The founder still writes the fit notes after trying each piece, and those notes are what a size finder would draw on.
Where we say no
We won’t build what a good Shopify app already does. If there’s one that fits, we’ll set it up and save you the build. A custom page also needs looking after when the store around it changes, which is why our builds sit inside a package rather than being handed over and left.
If customers keep emailing for things your site should show them, get your AI Starter Plan and tell it where the gaps are.
