Enquiry forms, order pages, and event portals for small venues
A venue's enquiry form often asks for a name and a date, and then the back and forth starts. A cafe's catering menu is a PDF, so orders arrive as emails. We build small apps and sites that ask the right questions up front, like guest numbers, package, and dietary needs, and send the answers to the right place. If your booking system already does it, we'll set that up instead.

What we build for venues and caterers
Event enquiry form
A form that asks for date, guest numbers, package, and budget, so a quote can be drafted straight from it.
Catering order page
An online menu where customers pick items, quantities, and pickup time, paid through Square or Stripe.
Couple or client portal
A private page where clients see their quote, payments, final numbers due, and the run sheet.
Venue website refresh
A clear site on Squarespace or Wix that shows your spaces, packages, and how to enquire.
Where the back and forth starts
An enquiry comes in with a name, an email, and a date. To quote, the venue needs guest numbers, the package, the ceremony location, and the budget, so the reply asks, and the couple answers two days later. A cafe’s catering menu is a PDF, so orders arrive as emails that someone has to read and copy. Each gap is small. Across a season, it’s hours of emails that a better form would have saved.
What we build
Apps and websites (the industry calls it custom software) means building the small thing your business needs and connecting it to the tools you already use. For a venue, that’s often an enquiry form that asks the right questions up front, so a quote can be drafted straight from it. For a caterer, it’s an order page where customers choose items and pickup times and pay through Square or Stripe. A client portal can show each couple their quote, payments, and what’s due next. We keep builds small, so they’re quick to make and easy to look after.

Where it connects to our venue work
We work with The Orchard Barn, an eight-person wedding venue in the Barossa, where an AI helper drafts a quote and reply from the enquiry form. Quotes now go out within a day instead of up to 3 days. The events manager still calls every couple before they book. That quote is only as good as the form behind it, which is why the form is worth getting right.
Where we say no
We won’t build what your booking or POS system already does well. If Square’s online ordering fits your catering, we’ll set it up and save you the build. A custom page also needs looking after, so our builds sit inside a package.
