Volunteer sign-ups, donation pages, and small tools for your charity
Small charities often run on forms nobody fills in the same way. Each site logs numbers differently. Volunteers sign up by email. Donors can't find where to give. We build small apps and sites that fix those gaps, like a simple log each site fills in the same way, a volunteer sign-up that feeds your roster, or a clear donation page through Stripe. If a free tool or one you already pay for does it, we'll show you.

What we build for small charities
Site and program logs
A simple phone-friendly form each site uses to log meals, visits, or hours, so every total is counted the same way.
Volunteer sign-up
A page where new volunteers register, choose their interests, and land in your Airtable or roster.
Donation page
A clear page to give once or monthly through Stripe, with receipts sent and records landing in Xero.
Charity website refresh
A clear site on Squarespace or Wix that says what you do, how to help, and how to get help.
Where the records come in messy
Most of a small charity’s reporting pain starts with how information is collected. One site logs meals in a spreadsheet, another on a clipboard, a third in a notebook. New volunteers email to sign up and the coordinator copies them into a list. Donors find the bank details on a PDF. Each gap makes more work later, usually for the coordinator, usually at report time.
What we build
Apps and websites (the industry calls it custom software) means building the small thing your charity needs and connecting it to the tools you already use. That could be a simple phone form each site fills in at the end of a shift, so every total is counted the same way. It could be a volunteer sign-up page that feeds your roster in Airtable, or a donation page through Stripe that sends receipts and records the gift in Xero. We keep builds small, so they’re quick to make and easy to look after.

Where it fits with our charity work
We work with a community food relief charity where an AI helper fills the funder’s quarterly report with totals from three volunteer spreadsheets. The first draft now takes the coordinator about a day instead of close to a week. One volunteer site still logs meals on paper, so someone types those totals in by hand. A shared phone form is the kind of small build that closes that last gap, when the volunteers are ready for it.
Where we hold back
We won’t build what a free tool or one you already pay for already does well. If one fits, we’ll set it up and save you the build. And we won’t push volunteers off paper if they don’t want to move. A tool nobody uses is worse than the clipboard.
If your records come in five different ways, get your AI Starter Plan and tell it where the gaps are.
