Small, useful apps built around how your agency already works

Your CRM and the portals cover the big things, but small agencies keep running into gaps between them. A repair form that asks tenants the right questions. An appraisal booking page that feeds Rex. A page where vendors see their campaign numbers without ringing you. We build small apps and websites like these, sized for a team of one to ten, connected to the tools you already use. We'll also tell you when an existing tool already does the job.

What we build

Apps that fill the gaps in a small agency

01

Tenant repair request form

A simple form that asks for the room, the problem, and photos up front, then drops the request into your repair list.

02

Appraisal booking page

A page on your website where owners book an appraisal through Calendly, with the details landing in Rex.

03

Vendor campaign page

A private page for each vendor showing enquiries and open home numbers from Rex, updated each week.

04

Agency website refresh

A clear, fast site on Squarespace or Wix that shows your listings, your team, and how to book an appraisal.

Where the gaps show up

A small agency already pays for Rex, a portal subscription, Canva, and a website. Even so, the same gaps keep coming up. Tenants send repair requests with no photos and no address. Owners ring to book an appraisal and the details get scribbled on a pad. Vendors call twice a week to ask how many people came through. Each gap costs a few minutes, many times a week, and none of the big tools are built for a team your size to fix them.

What we build

Apps and websites (the industry calls it custom software) means building the small thing your agency needs and connecting it to what you already use. That might be a repair request form that asks for the room, the problem, and photos, then sorts the request into your list. It might be a booking page on your website that sends appraisal details straight into Rex. It might be a private page where a vendor sees this week’s enquiries without ringing you. We keep each build small, so it’s quick to make and easy to look after.

What we’ve built nearby

We work with a solo property manager with 140 rentals. Tenant repair requests used to arrive by text, email, and the portal. An AI helper now sorts each one, asks the tenant for photos, and drafts the job for the tradie, so requests are logged the same day. Urgent jobs still go to a phone call. A form that asks for photos up front is the natural next piece for a rent roll like this, because it saves the back and forth.

Where we hold back

We won’t build something an existing tool already does well. If Rex has a feature that covers it, we’ll show you how to switch it on. A custom app also needs someone to look after it when the tools around it change, which is why our builds sit inside a package rather than being handed over and left.

If your agency keeps copying the same details between apps, get your AI Starter Plan and tell it where the gaps are.

FAQs

Common questions

Will you rebuild our CRM?
No. Rex and the portals do their jobs well. We build the small pieces around them that they don't cover, and connect them so the data ends up in one place.
Who looks after the app once it's built?
We do, as part of your package. When a tool changes or something breaks, we fix it in the time included each month.
Can tenants or vendors see private information?
Only their own. A vendor's page shows their campaign and nothing else, and we check that before anything goes live.
What does it cost?
Builds sit inside our fixed-price packages, so you see the cost before you start. Small Team is $1,950 a month and covers 2 AI helpers, half a day a month of our time, a monthly review call, and AI running costs. The packages page has every option.
What's the honest limit?
A small app won't replace a phone call with a nervous vendor. It saves them ringing for numbers, so the call you do have is about the advice.
