We start by mapping how you work (the industry calls it process mapping). We follow an enquiry or booking from your site to the point where it’s done, and note every step a person does by hand.

Then we tidy the site. We check every installed app, remove what’s not used, and fix pages and forms so they ask for what you need. Next, we connect forms and bookings to the tools you use outside Wix, like your inbox, client list, or spreadsheet. When Wix doesn’t connect to something, we build the link with Wix’s developer tools or a small automation.

Where it saves real time, we add an AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) that reads each enquiry and drafts a reply from your price list and policies. You check it and send it. You keep editing the site in Wix the way you always have.

When Wix is the right call, and when it isn’t

Wix suits a small business that wants bookings, a modest shop, and a good-looking site it can edit in-house.

If your store has a large range with lots of variants and complex shipping, a dedicated store platform may serve you better. And an AI helper can only answer from what’s written down. If your prices and policies change job by job, the helper drafts and you decide, every time.
