A plain plan for where AI fits in your label or boutique
Fashion gets more AI pitches than most, from virtual try-ons to AI-designed prints. Most of them don't fit a label with two people and a Shopify store. We start from your week instead. You tell us where the hours go, and we write a short plan that names the first job for AI, the tools it connects to, what it costs, and what stays with you. Design and fit stay yours.

What a fashion AI plan covers
The first job
One job that repeats every drop or every week, like product descriptions or reorder counts, picked from what you tell us.
The tools it touches
Which of Shopify, Square, Klaviyo, Canva, or Xero the first AI helper needs, and what you already pay for.
What stays with you
Design, fit, styling, and buying, written down so nobody tries to hand them over.
Cost and order
Which package fits your team, and the order the next jobs come in once the first one runs well.
Where fashion founders get stuck with AI
Most small labels have tried a chat tool for a caption or two. A few have paid for a Shopify app that promised to write every product page and then sounded nothing like the brand. The problem is rarely the tool. Nobody worked out which job in this label, with these people and this drop calendar, was worth handing over first, or what had to stay personal.
What goes in your plan
Your AI plan (the industry calls it an AI strategy) is a short document written for your business. It names the first job, how an AI helper will do it, which tools it reads from, and what a person checks. It says what comes next and what it costs. For a label that sells online, the first job is often product pages for each drop. For a boutique with a shop, it’s often the weekly reorder count. The plan follows your week.

Two fashion plans that became real work
We work with Marlow & Thread, a two-person slow fashion label in Melbourne. Their first job was product descriptions, care notes, and size guides for each drop of 30 pieces. A drop now goes live in 2 days instead of 6, and the founder still writes the fit notes after trying each piece. We also work with a four-person fashion boutique where the first job was the Sunday reorder count. A report from Square sales replaced it, and buying decisions stay with the owner. Same industry, different first jobs.
What a plan leaves to you
A plan can tell you where the hours go. It can’t tell you what your customers will love next season. If you’re mid-move to a new store platform, the plan may say to wait until that settles, and we’ll say so plainly.
