Core modernisation

Core modernisation means updating the main system your business runs on. Every business has one system at the centre. For an online store, it's the store platform. For a salon, it's the booking system. For an agency, it might be the project board or the client database. When that core system is old or hard to connect, every other tool has to work around it, and staff copy details by hand. Updating it, or moving to a better one, can make many other jobs easier at once. It's also the riskiest change, because everything depends on it. Plan it carefully, move the data with checks, and run old and new side by side for a short time.
