Online stores and small add-ons built around how you sell
Your store platform covers the basics, and the gaps around it are where your time goes. Wholesale customers email orders. Returns arrive with no order number. A subscription or bundle needs a workaround. We build small apps and stores that close those gaps, on Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, or Wix, sized for a team of one to ten. If an existing app already does the job, we'll set that up instead.

What we build for small online stores
Store builds and moves
A clear, fast store on Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, or Wix, or a careful move from one to another.
Wholesale ordering page
A private page where stockists order at their prices, with orders landing in your store as drafts.
Returns form
A form that asks for the order number, the reason, and photos, and sorts the request before it reaches you.
Small internal tools
A packing list, a pre-order tracker, or a stock count page for the team, built from your store's own data.
Gaps every small store works around
Store platforms are built for the average shop, and no small store is average. One sells wholesale to thirty cafes who email their orders. Another gets returns with no order number and no photos. A third sells bundles the platform doesn’t handle well. Each gap gets a workaround, usually the founder typing something into somewhere, and the workarounds add up.
What we build
Apps and websites (the industry calls it custom software) means building the small thing your store needs and connecting it to your platform. That could be a wholesale page where stockists order at their own prices and the order lands in Shopify as a draft. It could be a returns form that asks for the order number and photos up front. Or it could be a full store build or move, done carefully so your product pages and customer history come across. We keep builds small where we can, so they’re quick to make and easy to look after.

Where this connects to our store work
We work with a three-person online skincare store where an AI helper drafts replies to order emails. The founder now clears them in about twenty minutes each morning. Returns still go through by hand, because each one needs a judgement about the product. A returns form that gathers the order number and photos first doesn’t remove that judgement, but it means the founder has what they need to make it.
Where we say no
We won’t build what a well-made app already does. If there’s one in the Shopify or WooCommerce store that fits, we’ll set it up and save you the build. A custom piece also needs looking after as the platform changes, which is why our builds sit inside a package.
If you keep typing the same things into your store by hand, get your AI Starter Plan and tell it where the gaps are.
