Know which students are stuck and which launches worked
Your course platform knows who's stuck in module two, Stripe knows who's behind on their payment plan, and your email tool knows which launch email sold. Nobody has time to put it together. We set up a weekly report that pulls those numbers and writes them up in plain words. You see who needs a nudge, which lessons students stall on, and what the last launch earned. What to do about it stays your call.

Numbers spread across four apps
After a launch, a course creator wants to know whether it sold, whether new students are getting started, and who’s stuck. The answers sit in Kajabi, Stripe, the email tool, and the community, each with its own dashboard. So the founder checks sales, feels relieved or worried, and the rest goes unchecked until a student asks for a refund.
How the report gets made
A report that writes itself (the industry calls it automated reporting) pulls your numbers from where they already live and drafts the words around them. For a course or coaching business, we read progress from your course platform, payments from Stripe, and results from Mailchimp or Klaviyo. Each week, an AI helper writes a short summary on top. It covers who’s stalled, which lessons cause the most questions, how payment plans are tracking, and what the last launch earned.

What student questions reveal
We work with a two-person online course business teaching bookkeeping with 400 students. An AI helper answers their questions from the course material and links the lesson, and the founders now answer about 20 questions a week instead of 120. Anything about a student’s own tax goes to a person. The questions themselves are useful data. A lesson that keeps drawing the same question is one a weekly report can flag for a rewrite.
What it can’t measure
A report counts logins, lessons, and payments. It can’t tell you whether a student’s business improved or whether a coaching client feels heard. It also can’t explain a slow launch on its own, because the cause might be timing, price, or a busy month for your audience. Those answers come from you and your students.
If you only check sales after a launch, get your AI Starter Plan and tell it what you’d like to know.
