An AI plan for a small team that runs on Microsoft 365
If your team works in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, your AI plan starts there. We look at where your week goes and name the two or three jobs worth handing to AI first, which Microsoft 365 apps they touch, and what a person still checks. The plan also answers the question most small teams get stuck on, which is whether paying for Copilot is worth it for each person. You get a plan sized for one to ten people, with a fixed price beside every step.

What your plan covers
Where your week goes
We look at the emails, documents, spreadsheets, and meetings your team handles every week and find the jobs that repeat the most.
A straight answer on Copilot
Who on your team would get value from paid Copilot, and who can do fine without it. That's money you keep.
The first jobs, in order
Two or three jobs to hand to AI first, with what each will save and what still needs a person.
A tidy-up list for sharing
The OneDrive and SharePoint folders to sort out before AI can surface them, so private files stay private.
A fixed price for each step
Each step matches a package with a fixed price, so you know the cost before you start.
Your team lives in Outlook and Excel, and AI feels like a guess
Your business runs on Microsoft 365. Client emails go out from Outlook, proposals get written in Word, the numbers sit in Excel, and the team talks in Teams. Microsoft keeps offering Copilot, and everyone has an opinion about AI. What you don’t have is a clear answer to the plain question of which job to hand over first, and whether it’s worth paying for.
Why Microsoft 365 on its own doesn’t give you a plan
Microsoft 365 holds most of your business in one account, which is a good start for AI. Copilot adds AI inside the apps you already open.
But Microsoft 365 can’t tell you where your hours go. It doesn’t know that one person spends Monday morning copying numbers from emails into a spreadsheet, or that proposals get rewritten from an old one every time. Without a plan, a small team either pays for AI nobody uses or tries ten things at once and finishes none of them.
How we build your plan around Microsoft 365
We start by mapping how you work (the industry calls it process mapping). We look at which emails repeat, which documents get rebuilt from scratch, which spreadsheets get updated by hand, and how many meetings end with someone typing up notes.
From that, your plan lists the first two or three jobs in order. For each one, it says which Microsoft 365 apps it touches, whether Copilot or an AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) suits it better, what it’ll save, and what a person still checks. It also gives a seat-by-seat view on Copilot, because a person who writes two emails a day may not need the paid version.
The plan includes a short tidy-up list, too. AI can surface any file a person can open, so we name the OneDrive and SharePoint folders to sort out first. Every step lines up with a package that has a fixed price.
When a Microsoft 365 plan is the right call, and when it isn’t
It suits you if most of your work already lives in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Your plan can start without moving anything.
If a big part of your business runs on other tools, such as a store, an accounting app, or a booking system, the plan will include connecting your tools (the industry calls it data pipelines) as well. And if your folders have been shared with everyone for years, the first step may be the tidy-up, not the AI. We’ll tell you that plainly.
