One partner for your Google Workspace and the AI that runs on it

Your business runs on Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets, and somebody has to look after it. Usually that's you, after hours. As your AI & Technology Partner, we look after your Google Workspace and the AI helpers built on top of it, for a fixed price each month. New staff get set up, old accounts get closed, sharing stays tidy, and your AI helpers keep running. It's the help a bigger company gets from its tech team, sized and priced for a team of one to ten.

What you get

What we look after in Google Workspace

01

People in and out

We set up new staff and casuals, and close accounts and move files when someone leaves, so nothing walks out the door.

02

Sharing kept tidy

We check who can see what in Drive, so AI and people only reach the files they should.

03

AI helpers kept running

We set up and look after the AI helpers that work on your email, documents, and sheets, and fix them when something changes.

04

A monthly review call

On Small Team and Growing Team, a monthly call to look at what's working, what's next, and what to switch off.

05

One place to ask

One email to hello@plexsive.io for anything tech, instead of googling it at 11pm.

You’re the IT department, and you didn’t apply for the job

Your business runs on Google Workspace. When someone new starts, you set up their email. When someone leaves, you try to remember which shared folders they had. When an AI tool asks for access to Drive, you click yes and hope. None of it is your real job, and it all lands in the evening, after the real work is done.

Why Google Workspace on its own isn’t enough

Google Workspace is a strong base for a small business. Email, files, documents, and spreadsheets all live in one account, and Google keeps it running. Google has added Gemini to many plans, so AI turns up inside the apps too.

But Google keeps the service running, and your setup is still yours to manage. Google won’t notice that a contractor who left last year can still open your client folder. It won’t tell you which AI tools have been given access to your Drive. And it won’t keep the AI helpers you built last spring working when something changes. That needs someone who knows your business.

How we look after it

We start by mapping how you work (the industry calls it process mapping), including who uses which parts of Google Workspace and which jobs could go to AI. Then we tidy what we find: old accounts, wide-open sharing, and apps with more access than they need.

From there, we set up AI helpers (the industry calls them agents) on the jobs that eat your week. We work with Saltbush Studio, a six-person design agency in Fremantle, where an AI helper drafts twelve Friday client updates from the project board. The director adds a personal line to each, and the job now takes under an hour. We still haven’t connected the separate app the studio uses for hours, so the updates can’t say if a job is over budget. Read the Saltbush Studio story.

Each month, we look after it all within your package time. People come and go, sharing stays tidy, and your AI helpers keep working. On Small Team and Growing Team, we also meet once a month to review what’s next.

When this is the right call, and when it isn’t

It suits a team of one to ten that runs on Google Workspace and wants AI working on real jobs, with someone looking after both. It’s the same help a bigger company gets from its tech team, at a fixed price.

If you only need a one-off fix, like setting up email for a new domain, a package is more than you need. And if your business runs mostly on Microsoft, see the AI & Technology Partner for Microsoft 365 instead.

FAQs

Common questions

What does it cost?
Solo is $990 a month for one AI helper set up and kept running, two hours a month of our time, and AI running costs. Small Team is $1,950 a month for two AI helpers, half a day a month of our time, a monthly review call, and AI running costs. Growing Team is $3,450 a month for four AI helpers, one day a month of our time, a monthly review call, and AI running costs. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Am I locked in?
No. There's no lock-in contract beyond the month. Your data stays yours, and you aren't tied to one AI model.
Do you replace Google's support?
No. Google still runs the service. We look after your setup, your people, your sharing, and the AI built on top, which is the part Google's support doesn't cover.
Do we have to use Gemini?
No. Gemini is one option inside Google Workspace. Your AI helpers can use whichever AI model suits the job, and we can move them as things change.
What if we want to move to Microsoft 365?
We'll tell you plainly whether it's worth it. Most small teams are better off staying where they are and tidying up, but if there's a good reason to move, we can help with that too.
