One partner for your Microsoft 365 and the AI that works on it
Microsoft 365 runs your email, files, and meetings, and it has more settings than any small team has time for. As your AI & Technology Partner, we look after it for a fixed price each month: new staff, old accounts, sharing in OneDrive and SharePoint, Copilot, and the AI helpers that work on your email and files. You get the help a bigger company gets from its tech team, sized and priced for one to ten people, with no lock-in beyond the month.

What we look after in Microsoft 365
People in and out
We set up new staff, and close accounts and move files when someone leaves, so your client work stays with you.
Sharing kept tidy
We check OneDrive and SharePoint sharing, so Copilot and your team only reach the files they should.
Copilot where it pays
We tell you who on your team gets value from paid Copilot, set it up for them, and skip it for the rest.
AI helpers kept running
We set up and look after AI helpers that work on your Outlook, Word, and Excel jobs, and fix them when something changes.
One place to ask
One email to hello@plexsive.io for anything tech, plus a monthly review call on Small Team and Growing Team.
Microsoft 365 has a thousand settings, and you have no time
Your business runs on Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Excel. Every few weeks something needs doing. A new person needs an account, someone leaves and their files need moving, or Microsoft adds a new Copilot feature and you wonder whether to pay for it. Each job is small, but together they eat evenings, and the admin centre isn’t somewhere you want to spend them.
Why Microsoft 365 on its own isn’t enough
Microsoft 365 is a solid base. Email, files, chat, and meetings sit together, and Microsoft keeps the service running. Copilot adds AI inside the apps your team already uses.
But Microsoft keeps the service running, and your setup is still yours to manage. Microsoft won’t notice that a folder of client contracts is shared with everyone. It won’t tell you that three people are paying for Copilot and only one uses it. And it won’t keep an AI helper working when the way your team does a job changes. That needs someone who knows your business and checks in every month.
How we look after it
We start by mapping how you work (the industry calls it process mapping), including who uses which apps and which jobs eat the most time. Then we tidy what we find: old accounts, wide-open sharing in OneDrive and SharePoint, and Copilot seats nobody uses.
Next, we set up AI helpers (the industry calls them agents) on the jobs that repeat every week, like drafting replies to common enquiries in Outlook or building a weekly summary from a shared spreadsheet. A person checks anything that goes to a client.
Each month, we look after it all within your package time. People come and go, sharing stays tidy, Copilot goes to the people who use it, and your AI helpers keep working. On Small Team and Growing Team, we meet once a month to review what’s next.
When this is the right call, and when it isn’t
It suits a team of one to ten that runs on Microsoft 365, wants AI on real jobs, and would rather not be its own IT department. You get the same help a bigger company gets, at a fixed price.
If you only need a one-off fix, like moving email to a new domain, a monthly package is more than you need. And if your team works in Google’s apps, see the AI & Technology Partner for Google Workspace instead.
