Built your app with Claude Code? We'll make it safe to keep running

Claude Code can build a whole working app from your descriptions, and many founders now have one running their bookings, portal, or internal tools. Once customers rely on it, the questions change. Is customer data safe? Will the next change break sign-up? Can you undo a mistake? We review your Claude Code project, fix what matters most, add tests and backups, and write the project rules that keep Claude Code building the right way from here.

What you get

What we fix for you in Claude Code projects

01

A plain review

We read your project and tell you, in plain words, what's solid, what's risky, and what to fix first.

02

Security and data fixes

We find exposed keys, open databases, and missing log-in checks, then close them.

03

Tests for your key steps

Automatic checks on sign-up, payments, and bookings, so a change can't quietly break them.

04

Project rules for Claude Code

A clear CLAUDE.md file that tells Claude Code how your app is built, what to test, and what never to touch.

05

Backups and a way back

Version control and data backups, so any change can be undone.

Your app runs part of the business, and you’re nervous to touch it

You described what you needed, and Claude Code built it, maybe a client portal, a booking tool, or the system that tracks your orders. It worked, so you launched it, and now customers or staff use it every day. But each new change feels risky, something broke last week and took an evening to fix, and you’ve started to wonder who else can see the data in it.

Why Claude Code on its own doesn’t finish the job

Claude Code is a capable builder. It can read your whole project, run commands, and make changes across many files at once. When you ask for tests, security checks, or backups, it can write them well.

The gap is that nobody asked. When you’re building fast, you ask for features, and the protective work gets skipped. Claude Code also follows whatever rules your project gives it. With no CLAUDE.md file, or a thin one, each session starts without knowing how your app is meant to fit together, and small mismatches build up.

How we fix it

We start with a plain review. We read your project and list what’s solid, what’s risky, and what to fix first, written so you can follow it without being a developer.

Customer data and security come first. We look for keys and passwords in the code, databases open to the internet, and pages that skip the log-in check, and we close them. Then we add tests for the steps your business can’t do without, like sign-up, payments, and bookings.

Next, we set up a way back, with version control for the code and backups for the data. Finally, we write a proper CLAUDE.md for your project. It tells Claude Code how your app is laid out, which tests to run before calling a change done, and what it must never change without asking. From then on, you keep building, and the guard rails catch most mistakes before your customers do.

When fixing a Claude Code app is the right call, and when it isn’t

It’s the right call when the app does real work for your business and people rely on it. Targeted fixes and good project rules usually get it to a safe place.

If the app was an experiment nobody depends on, a full review may not be worth it. And tests and rules lower the risk without removing it. A person still needs to look at changes that touch payments or customer data before they go live.

FAQs

Common questions

What is Claude Code?
Claude Code is Anthropic's AI coding tool. It works in your project, reads your files, runs commands, and writes or changes code from what you describe. It's used by developers and, more and more, by founders building their own tools.
What usually goes wrong in a Claude Code app?
The same things that go wrong in most quickly built apps. There are no tests, secrets sit in the code, data isn't locked down, and there's no backup. Claude Code can do all of that well, but only when it's asked to.
What is a CLAUDE.md file?
It's a file in your project that Claude Code reads for instructions. A good one tells it how the app is laid out, which commands to run for tests, and which rules to follow, so each change fits the rest of the app.
Can I keep using Claude Code after you've fixed it?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. With tests and project rules in place, Claude Code's changes are easier to trust, and we review the bigger ones with you.
What does it cost?
Every package has a fixed price, shown on the packages page before you talk to anyone. The AI Starter Plan is free and shows where to start.
