Get real work out of Gemini in the Google apps you already use
If your team runs on Google Workspace, you may already have Gemini, Google's AI, sitting in Gmail, Docs, and Sheets. Most small teams try it a few times, get a so-so answer, and go back to doing things the old way. We help you pick the two or three jobs where Gemini saves real hours, write the instructions your team reuses, and set clear rules about what it should and shouldn't see. You end up with AI your team uses every week, inside the apps they already open every day.

What we set up for you with Gemini
The right first jobs
We look at where your week goes and choose the jobs Gemini handles well, such as first drafts of emails, summaries of long threads, and tidying data in Sheets.
Instructions your team reuses
We write short, tested instructions for each job, so everyone gets a good answer the first time instead of starting from a blank box.
Clear rules on what goes in
We agree with you which files and details Gemini can work with, and which stay out, then write it down in plain words for the team.
A short session for your team
We show your people how to use Gemini for their own jobs, using your real emails and documents, so it sticks after we leave.
A check after a month
We look at what your team uses and what they've dropped, then fix the instructions or swap the job for a better one.
You’ve got Gemini, and you’re not sure what it’s for
Your team already lives in Gmail, Docs, and Sheets. One day a new button turned up, and now Gemini offers to help you write, summarise, and fill in tables. A few people tried it, got an answer that was close but not right, and went back to doing it by hand. So the AI you’re already paying for sits there unused, while the same emails, notes, and spreadsheets eat the week.
Why Gemini on its own doesn’t do the job
Gemini is a capable AI, and its biggest plus is where it lives. It can see the email you’re replying to or the sheet you have open, so it starts with more context than a separate chat window. But it doesn’t know how your business works. It doesn’t know your prices, the way you talk to clients, or which spreadsheet is the real one. Without that, every person asks it in a different way and gets a different quality of answer.
There’s also the question of what it can reach. Gemini works with the files the person using it can open. If your Drive sharing has grown messy over the years, AI makes it easier for someone to pull up a file they shouldn’t have seen.
How we set it up with Gemini
We start by mapping how you work (the industry calls it process mapping). That means a short look at where the hours go each week: which emails come up again and again, which documents get rewritten, and which spreadsheets someone tidies by hand every Monday.
From that, we choose two or three jobs Gemini can do well. Common ones for a small team are a first draft of a reply in Gmail, a summary of a long email thread before a client call, and cleaning up a messy column in Sheets. For each one we write a short instruction your team can reuse, tested on your real emails and documents, so the answer is right more often.
Then we tidy who can see what in Drive, write down what should never go into Gemini, and run a short session with your team on their own work. A month later we check what’s being used and fix what isn’t.
When Gemini is the right call, and when it isn’t
Gemini makes the most sense when your team already runs on Google Workspace and the job happens inside Gmail, Docs, or Sheets. You don’t add another app, and people use it where they already work.
It’s a weaker fit if your business runs on Microsoft 365, where Microsoft Copilot sits in the same place Gemini does for Google. It’s also not the answer when you want a job done automatically every week. Gemini helps the person in front of it. For a repeat job that runs on its own, you want an AI helper instead. And whatever AI you use, a person still reads anything that goes to a customer.
