Make Microsoft Copilot useful for a small team on Microsoft 365
If your business runs on Microsoft 365, Copilot is the AI that sits inside Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. It can draft emails, sum up long threads, and help with spreadsheets, using the files you can already open. But a small team often buys it, tries it for a week, and stops. We help you pick the jobs where Copilot saves real hours, tidy what it can see, and write instructions your team reuses, so it earns its place in your week.

What we set up for you with Copilot
A clear yes or no on paying for it
We look at how your team works and tell you plainly whether Copilot is worth it for each person, or whether a free AI covers what they need.
Tidy sharing first
Copilot works with the files each person can already open, so we tidy your OneDrive and SharePoint sharing before switching it on.
Reusable instructions
Short, tested instructions for your common jobs, such as drafting a client reply in Outlook or summing up a Teams meeting.
A session on your real work
We show your team how to use Copilot on their own emails, documents, and spreadsheets, so it becomes a habit.
A check after a month
We see what's being used, drop what isn't, and adjust the instructions so the good answers become the normal ones.
You bought Copilot, or you’re wondering if you should
Your business runs on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Microsoft keeps telling you Copilot will save hours, and maybe you’ve already paid for it. A week later most of the team has stopped opening it, because the answers were vague and nobody had time to work out how to ask properly. So you’re paying for AI that sits in a side panel while the same inbox and spreadsheets eat everyone’s afternoons.
Why Copilot on its own doesn’t do the job
Copilot’s strength is where it lives. It can read the email thread you have open, the document you’re writing, and the meeting you just finished in Teams. That’s a better start than a blank chat window. But it doesn’t know how your business does things. It doesn’t know which price list is current, how you speak to clients, or which spreadsheet the bookkeeper trusts.
It also sees what each person can see. In many small businesses, folders were shared with everyone years ago and never tidied. AI makes those files much easier to surface by accident.
How we set it up with Copilot
We start with a short look at where your team’s week goes. We call it mapping how you work (the industry calls it process mapping). From that, we choose the jobs where Copilot can help, such as a first draft of a client reply in Outlook, a summary of a long Teams meeting, or a formula someone in Excel keeps getting wrong.
Before anyone uses it widely, we tidy your OneDrive and SharePoint sharing so Copilot can’t surface files a person shouldn’t see. Then we write short instructions for each job, tested on your real emails and files, and run a session with your team on their own work. A month later we check what’s being used and fix the rest.
We’ll also tell you if Copilot isn’t worth it for someone. A person who writes two emails a day may do fine with the free version, and that saving is yours to keep.
When Copilot is the right call, and when it isn’t
Copilot fits best when your team already works in Microsoft 365 and the job happens inside Outlook, Word, Excel, or Teams. Nobody has to learn a new app.
If your team lives in Google’s apps, Gemini plays the same role there. And Copilot isn’t built to run a job on its own every week. For that, an AI helper is the better fit. Whatever you choose, a person still reads anything that goes to a customer. See using AI safely with Copilot for the rules we set.
